We can only process returns for drbrandtskincare.com. We are not able to process returns for our retail partners. Please contact the retailer directly to inquire about their return policy.
How do I return/exchange my order?
Your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly accept returns/exchanges for any dr. brandt skincare purchase when products are purchased from drbrandtskincare.com or our 1-800 number only. If the purchase was made from a different website or retail store, please return items back to the original location.
Please make sure you fulfill the below requirements to return your order:
Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase delivery date.
Please include a copy of your invoice or sales order. We cannot accept returns on over half used or empty products. Exchanges will be only accepted on unused products.
In the event that the order qualified for a gift with purchase, please include the ENTIRE gift with purchase along with the returned item(s).
Products specified on the website as non-refundable cannot be returned.
If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible for assistance. A replacement will not be allowed on damage to outer cartons/packaging only unless damaged is made to item self.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. We are a US based company and accommodate website orders that ship to U.S. and Canada addresses only. If you purchase from our website while visiting the U.S, but reside outside the U.S., sales are final and are not returnable or refundable outside of the U.S.
For your convenience, we will provide you with an automated return label once your return has been approved. We strongly encourage you to use the same dr. brandt skincare box to return your item(s). Please note, return shipping charges will be deducted automatically from your refund based on the cost of the label unless a mistake is made on the dr. brandt skincare side. If a return label is not available there won’t be any shipping deductions from your refund.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, please send your return via insured UPS Ground. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
